Shipping and Handling Policy
For all deliveries in the continental United States, you may choose to have your robot sent to you via FedEx Ground, FedEx Two Day, or FedEx Overnight. Please note that orders have a one to three full business day warehouse processing period and orders received after noon EST will be begin processing the next business day.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days
FedEx Two Day: 1-2 business days
FedEx Overnight: Next business day
Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the total shipment. Per item estimates are as follows:
We do not deliver to P.O boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO. All shipping and handling fees will be charged at the time you place your order and will be included in your total charges. If you have any questions regarding your shipment please call us at 1-877-220-0898, or e-mail us at email@example.com.

Return and Exchange Policy
You may return robots purchased at www.iloverobots.com within 30 days of the original purchase and receive an identical robot in exchange or a refund of the purchased price. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the robot is defective. In the event of a refund, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
If the robot is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. Robots returned after 30 days are subject to the limitations of our warranty policy (see iloveRobots Limited Warranty). Defective robots returned after 30 days and before 90 days from the original purchase date will be exchanged for an identical robot. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days.
No returned robots will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Please contact us at email@example.com. or call 1-877-220-0898 to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. When you send us the completed form, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization Number. Provide this number with your package when you drop off your package at any FedEx shipping center. We will not accept returns without this authorization number.
